Workshops and Public Speaking

Workshops may be scheduled in your local area, customized to your needs on subjects related to good child custody management.

Topics include:

  1. A discussion about the principles of good child custody management
    1. What defines a principle of good child custody management
    2. Why they are important
    3. How they benefit you and your children.
  2. Identifying those things that negatively affect your children and what you can do to counteract them.
  3. Identifying and discussing the various types of divorce and how to uncouple. Some simply think of the divorce as a single event, but I believe there are different types of divorce and it is important to deal with all of them.
    1. The legal divorce
    2. The emotional divorce
    3. The functional divorce
    4. The custodial divorce
  4. Setting up visitation, supervised child visitation, or parenting time schedules
  5. The need for and how to promote the other parents' relationship with the child/children.
    1. Fees vary, but usually run between $25-$50 per class.
    2. People who register and pay for a class will be put on our mailing list and will receive a copy of the progressive manual, identifying and promoting good custody management skills along with updates.

  12. What to consider on behalf of your children when you introduce them to your new romantic interest or how to approach remarriage, dating, etc.
  13. How to protect, encourage, and promote the other parents' relationship with their children, and why this is important.
